Guidelines :

• All sponsorship are subject to the right of renewal of the previous year's sponsor.
• Conclave TechMedia has the right to refuse the advertising or the collateral item provided by the sponsor if is considered inappropriate to Conclave TechMedia's image in any way, or if it includes any political or racial content.
• Conclave TechMedia provides no guarantees that sponsorship will result in revenues for the sponsor.
• It is the responsibility of the sponsor to adhere to the advertising and logo specifications information.

Payment and Cancellation Policy:

• 100% to be paid immediately from the date of invoice.
• Payment receipt to be send along with signed Sponsorship Contract Form.
• No Sponsorship will be acknowledged or promoted, either in print or on the official website, until the sponsor has submitted the Sponsorship Contract Form and the payment.
• In the event that Conclave TechMedia cancels an event for any reason, client will receive a credit of 100% of the sponsorship fee paid. Client may use this credit for another Conclave TechMedia event to be mutually agrees with Conclave TechMedia Management, which must occur within one year from the date of cancellation.
• In case of postponement of the event for any reason, the sponsorship benefits of the client will be moved to new dates for an in-person edition of the event, which must occur within one year from the date of cancellation.
• Except as specified above, no credits will be issued for cancellations occurring with 15 days (inclusive) of the events. There are no refunds given under any circumstances.
