DR. KAWAR LAL DABODHIA's Bio
Dr. Kawar Lal Dabodhia has completed his Ph.D. in Formulation Chemistry and MBA in Operation Management, along with certificate courses in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) from FICCI and Symbiosis. He has over 18 years of experience in novel agrochemical formulation development, including nano formulations, CS, ZC, OD, SE, FS, and ternary combinations. His expertise also includes silicone surfactants, IN-CAN technologies, technology transfer (from lab scale to multi-ton production), and troubleshooting. Dr. Dabodhia has a strong command of IPR related to patenting formulation combination technologies, as well as experience in HAZOP, MEP, product development, and setting up new R&D labs and manufacturing plants. He has filed more than 120 patents, with over 21 patents granted so far, and has published 12 research papers. Over the course of his career, he has launched more than 24 patented formulations under 9(3) and over 45 formulations under 9(4) registration. Dr. Dabodhia has worked with Syngenta, Momentive Performance Materials, Coromandel International, GSP Crop Science Ltd, and Atul Ltd. He is currently serving as Vice President – R&D Formulation at Willowood Chemicals Ltd.
