Currently he is working as Vice President - EPC ( Procurement & Contracts) with PARADIGM REALTY Group. Prior to this, he was Head of Contracts & Procurement with Shree Naman Developers and Vice President - Procurement with Lodha Group. Post his engineering education completion, he started his corporate career with Automotive Industry -Mahindra & Mahindra and subsequently with Renault Nissan. He has a significant experience in areas of Project management, Material management, Strategic sourcing, Supplier development, Category management, Procurement & logistics operations, Capex management, Process re-engineering and Process improvements. Currently, leading the country CS&L team thus driving logistics operational excellence and customer servicing. Previously, in K-C was managing the procurement function, responsible for efficient sourcing of materials, goods and services adding up to ~US$ 70-80 Mn and delivering ~3-4% value efficiency YOY. Successfully led strategic drive of localization from 0% to 60% in the last 5 year bringing in significant competitive advantage for India business. This has been done through collaboration with cross functional teams of P&TD, manufacturing, Regional & Global teams to deliver benefits e.g., Cost savings, BCP readiness and cash flow management. Working closely with the Supply Chain Team for ensuring OTIF for product delivery, inventory targets and NPL as planned. An active participant of India SC Team ensuring end to end delivery along with my colleagues to deliver top line as well as bottom line to support India business and delivering common SC KPI’s of India team. As a part of core team delivered Greenfield project for India with on-time delivery in given cost to build and commercialize a future ready facility for Personal Care products with 50% gender diverse workforce. I have been a mentor to the team providing them perspectives of building a career in K-C using my own experiences.

Have worked in various companies across India like Jubilant (Noida), ITC Ltd (Kolkata) , Dr Reddy’s Laboratories (Hyderabad) , DSM- Sinochem (Gurgaon), Diversey – Sealed Air (Mumbai) and now currently with Kimberly-Clark India Pvt Ltd (Mumbai).
