Girish Singhi is a seasoned professional with 16+ years of experience in private equity and Investment management. He has raised and deployed over $3 billion across asset classes and has built and scaled asset management platforms for multiple organizations. He brings comprehensive understanding of the entire investment lifecycle, including acquisitions, asset management, operations, and divestments, across both private and public markets. He has advised several large single-family offices on their investments in public markets, private equity, and real estate.
On the real estate side, Girish has led the deployment of over $2 billion in equity across key Indian cities including Mumbai, NCR, Pune, and Bangalore. On the fundraising side, he has been involved in raising over $2 billion across major real estate asset classes in both private and public markets. He played a key role in building the real estate asset management business at the Godrej Group, scaling it from a single platform into a full-fledged business line with an estimated AUM of over $3 billion.
As Co-Chief Investment Officer at Welspun One, he has raised and deployed over $1 billion across logistics and commercial assets. He is passionate about building new investment platforms across the capital stack and brings a unique perspective that blends capital markets expertise with deep experience in alternatives.
He is currently building CREST, which is India’s first new-age multi-family office and asset management firm built exclusively for the top 0.01% founders, operators and value creators. His entrepreneurial venture has received the backing of leading Venture Capital firms of Asia. Girish holds an engineering degree from Delhi University and an MBA from FMS Delhi.

Mohit Chawla runs his investment office, Bimtek Group, in India: focused on capital markets, real estate, infrastructure and early-stage venture investments.

He comes with around two decades of diverse experience, having worked in the financial markets (both buy and sell side) across Europe, the US, the Middle East and India; and in real estate design, development and consultancy. He is a two-time entrepreneur, having successfully built, scaled and exited venture-capital backed start-ups.

Mohit was an investment banker with Goldman Sachs (Financial Institutions Group, EMEA) and Morgan Stanley Real Estate EMEA London desk, as well as advisor to the world’s largest infrastructure private equity: GIP’s Asia platform, Equis.

Mohit holds a bachelor’s degree from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee, a masters in management, majoring in finance from HEC Paris ( graduating with Dean’s List Roll of Honors) and a graduate diploma from Stanford University. He’s a featured profile in Forbes’ publication on ‘Young Leaders of the Future, 2016’.
