Important Points
- Nominations must be submitted by the individual/team directly responsible for the initiative, program, or strategy.
- Submissions will be assessed on the basis of innovation, execution, measurable impact, and scalability.
- All entries must be backed by facts, figures, KPIs, and supporting documentation. Case studies and testimonials are encouraged.
- Information submitted will be kept strictly confidential and shared only with the judging panel assigned to the category.
- Company Awards nominations should be authenticated by the Head of Department (HOD) or HR or concern authority.
- Individual Awards nominations are encouraged to share their SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS.
- Only initiatives/programs executed within the current organization in the past 12 months will be considered.
- Incomplete or non-compliant submissions will be disqualified.
- Deadline: All nomination forms must be submitted by 25 November 2025 to sanskriti.vardhan@conclavetechmedia.com.
Evaluation Process
Step 1 – Screening: Submissions are reviewed by the Conclave TechMedia Awards Team to ensure eligibility and completeness.
Step 2 – Jury Review: Eligible entries are presented anonymously to an independent jury of CX & Loyalty leaders, who assess them on innovation, execution, impact, scalability, and sustainability.
Step 3 – Final Selection: Scores from the jury are consolidated to shortlist finalists and winners in each category.
Step 4 – Recognition: Winners will be honored during the Awards Night on 9 December 2025, following Day 1 of the conference in New Delhi.
